📚 Project Description: More Than Getting Things Done
WorkPal is a personalized AI work assistant designed to keep users emotionally grounded while providing strong functional support—especially in early-stage AI environments where misunderstandings, repeated clarifications, and system errors are still common. We not only care about getting things done efficiently, but also about making users feel understood and emotionally supported.
With WorkPal, users co-create their assistant by shaping its personality and appearance based on the colleague they admire most. This collaborative process fosters parasocial bonding and memory resonance, making the assistant feel familiar, trustworthy, and emotionally steady—even when things go wrong. The result is not just a productivity tool, but a more sustainable and emotionally meaningful work experience.
