  • With my expertise and experience, I study users, analyze data, define problems, and measure success. I propose solutions, launch MVPs, track data changes, and iterate based on insights. My work spans UX & UI, illustration, and brand guidelines.

  • My focus is on improving acquisition, activation, and retention through product design.

People are not willing to send software installation invitation to multiple friends, which is natural. They are afraid that disturbing others in this way will affect their social image. So in the holiday season, we did the A/B test for gift card concept. ​ The number of invitations sent out has increased by 5.4%. The number of claims has increased by 4.9%
