During this period, I led several key UX design projects for the transition of Spark driver from a Walmart-exclusive delivery service to a platform service and received  Marking A Difference Award for outstanding contributions.

• I provided a sustainable UX design system to ensure customized pickup and delivery services as more merchants join the platform.

• To enhance last-mile delivery efficiency and flexibility, I designed a UX solution that supports diverse delivery routes while ensuring a simple app structure and a driver-friendly experience.
